Our Operational Experience
We are not just implementation consultants.We have actually owned and managed a live Agresso system in an organisation of 1000 people using the Financials, Logistics, Project Costing and Billing and Human Resources modules.
We understand the environment in which system owners work, the issues they face and the problems of supporting users, ensuring system availability and delivering continuous development and improvement.

Our Size and Skills
We're not just a one man band; We're a team of three with overlapping and complementary skills. Each of us has an area of individual expertise (technical, accounting & project management) but we all have sufficient understanding of the other two to provide cover and additional resource.
We're not large enough to so as to become detached and impersonal and we don't sub-contract work. It only takes a short time for all three of us to become familiar with a new client's system, people and processes and that knowledge remains in place for all future assignments.
We have the professional backgrounds in Business Management, Finance and IT that enable us to talk to each community in language they understand.
Our Approach
We don't just sell a body at a daily rate for 6 months if there's a better way of doing the work. In addition to conventional daily rate work at a client's premises, we can offer fixed price contracts and can carry out development work at our own offices.
