· Configuration (as a member of the Client team) for a new Agresso implementation incorporating multi-company accounting and new purchase order operations [60 user retail business, July 2004 – Jan 2005]

· Process review and recommendation report for the procurement process of an existing Agresso user [50 user Publishing Company, May 2003]

· Production of the organisation-wide training strategy for a new Agresso implementation (Financials, PCB, Logistics (POP & SOP)) [200 user Local Government, Mar 2003 - Apr 2003]

· Design, configuration and testing for a fast-track, high-profile implementation of a new Canadian acquisition within a live UK Agresso system (Financials, PCB, Logistics) [150 user Engineering acquisition, June 2002 - October 2002]

Following the implementation of the Agresso system, I became the business system development manager, responsible for day-to-day operations and development.

1998 - 1999, Accounting Development Manager, Agresso Implementation, Eutech Ltd

In 1998, Eutech decided to replace its ICI-legacy business systems with a single, integrated Agresso system using Financials (GL, AP, AR), PCB, Logistics, and HR. I became the Accounting Development Manager for the project.

I was recruited to manage the finance department of four and was responsible for preparation and evolution of financial and management reports and accounts.
