Our client, NNC Limited, acquired a new Subsidiary Company in Toronto, Canada.
They wanted to operate the company as a new client within their existing Agresso system, to access it from Canada via the internet and to do so with minimal disruption to their UK operation.
Empiria were engaged to design, test and implement the configuration of the new client, to load the necessary data and to coach the new users of the system in the Accounts, Purchasing, HR, Project Management and Timesheet Entry functionality.
The project was successfully completed in three months. Timesheets were processed at the end of the first week of operation and invoices were submitted to customers at the end of week 3.
There was no downtime of the UK system and today the two clients operate together allowing group wide results to be reported with ease.
