Our client was a major user of the Lotus Notes product and wanted to make full use of Notes' offline and workflow capabilities whilst maintaining a single point of data entry via Agresso.
Several Notes-Agresso applications were identified: - Project Documentation Management

- Supplier Information Management
- Staff Contact Information Management
- Staff Personal Review Process
- Automated Electronic Mailing Lists
In each case, the completed application used Notes to present information held within Agresso and to provide workflow, authorisation and offline functionality.
